Ashley Bryant crafts digital and brand strategies that help communities amplify their voices and build political power. In her current role with Higher Heights for America, Bryant designs and executes the organization’s digital strategy, including the management of its social media engagement and website content.
Bryant previously served as the Ohio digital director for President Barack Obama’s 2012 re-election campaign. The experience prompted her to leave the private sector and start a consultancy that advises nonprofits, political campaigns and companies on how to encourage action through integrated online and offline strategies. Her portfolio includes serving as digital director for MoveOn.org’s Resist & Win campaign, which helped activists mobilize to fight Trump-ism.
Prior to her move into politics and advocacy, Bryant’s roles included vice president of digital experience at Upshot, first vice president of customer engagement at Amalgamated Bank and Social Strategist at Weber Shandwick.
