Elizabeth Sullivan has worked for over 35 years at the intersection of politics and policy, primarily focused on economic, racial justice, social justice, environmental and education issues. Prior to becoming a nonprofit and political consultant, Sullivan held leadership positions with Education Voter and the League of Conservation Voters.
As secretary of Higher Heights for America and treasurer for the Higher Heights Leadership Fund, Sullivan brings extensive experience in the areas of philanthropic partnerships; strategic planning, institution building, and organizational management. She is currently completing her doctoral dissertation on economic inequity at Georgetown University. She has served on the Higher Heights board since 2011.
